Fireplace Beams and Shelves

We also supply a range of beams and shelves for recessed stoves, creating an organic framework of timber supports under a mantle of stunning English oak or natural pine. These bespoke features are available in a range of traditional and contemporary finishes but, bear in mind, some stains will result in a longer lead time (4-6 weeks). The oak and pine beams and shelves must comply with the minimum distance from the fireplace for safety reasons. Our in-house team can advise you on this.

Produced from concrete resin, the beams and shelves manufactured and supplied by UK-based Newman Fireplaces are completely non-combustible and compatible with all of our fires and stoves. This long-established company goes above and beyond to ensure the materials mimic that of natural timbers, including grains, knots, and unforced markings. Newman also produces realistic stonework pieces, which are remarkable in their creation. 
Due to their fire resistance, the concrete resin supports and mantle can be positioned closer to your fire or stove without risk, and they won’t warp or discolour over time. Produced in a range of sizes, more information is available via our product brochures or in-store.
